Flexible, certified learning pathways for diverse learners.
Through our Academic & Skills Development pillar, we deliver inclusive education that respects how neurodiverse young adults actually learn — TVET and vocational certification with Knowskills TVET College, digital and professional skills with LTT Global Communications, and career-discovery programmes that connect learning to the real world.
Closing the post-school gap. Challenging stigma everywhere.
R.I.S.E. exists to close the support gap that opens when school ends for SEN and neurodiverse young adults. Our State Inclusion Showcase Series and R.I.S.E. Champions Network make neurodiverse talent visible across Malaysia — replacing labels with recognition, and stereotypes with understanding. We speak up publicly when communities face unfair stigma.
Wellbeing through rhythm, expression and belonging.
Our R.I.S.E. methodology uses structured, percussion-based activities with recognised therapeutic benefits — building confidence, focus and emotional resilience. We support the mental wellbeing of young adults and their caregivers alike, and we advocate publicly for early intervention, anti-bullying awareness and a society where no one suffers in silence.

Our Career Development & Opportunities pillar builds workplace readiness, matches neurodiverse talent with committed employers, and supports neurodiverse entrepreneurs through the Neurodiversity Inclusion Bazaar. Our Inclusive Workplace Programme trains organisations to hire and retain neurodiverse employees well — creating fair, meaningful and sustainable employment.
